Bra Review: Ewa Michalak BM Mojito, 65F – my summer heartache.

Good afternoon loyal readers!  Today I’m reviewing one of Ewa Michalak’s newest bras, the Mojito.  The BM cut is an unpadded balconette with a stretch lace upper section, and is well known and loved among many larger busted ladies I’ve met in the industry.  I adore Mojito’s shades-of-teal summer vibe and was instantly enamored with the colorway when Ewa released it in both the BM and S (padded balconette) styles.  BM is different than the other unpadded balconette style, the SM, in that it has slightly deeper cups and the stretch lace section.  I have experience with both the SM

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak CHP Słowianki, 65FF

Good evening lovelies!  Today I’m reviewing my favorite floral bra ever, the CHP Słowianki.  I’m more of a 28FF/30F these days, and this is a 65FF but fits very similarly to my Gazeta.  So, I’d say it runs slightly small in the cups, and Gazeta runs slightly big in the cups.  It runs very tight in the band, stretching only to 28″ making it just right for my 27″ underbust. Typically I’m not a floral fan, with the exception of my watercolor-like Colette and this lovely Słowianki.  I think what makes this bra so interesting to me is the stark white floral

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak S Colette 60G + M Briefs

Good morning!  It’s a depressing, rainy day here so I thought I’d review my brand new EM Colette with its pastel summery floral feel.  I received this set for review from the wonderful Aisha at Zathiya – and if your size isn’t in stock she can likely order it for you!  She is also carrying a trial run of Avocado lingerie now so hurry over to her site if you’ve ever wanted to try them!  She’s based right here in Texas, USA.  I’m not a fan of florals, but Colette stole my heart with its somewhat abstract print and muted color

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak CHP Gazeta, 65F

For most of you reading this, the Gazeta needs no introduction.  Gazeta translates to “newspaper” and was a wildly popular bra by Ewa Michalak back when it was first released.  Despite several reviews stating the band runs tight and the bra overall was terribly uncomfortable, it remained popular due to its uniqueness.  Gazeta is a padded half cup made from a newspaper print fabric, with black piping, ruffles and little red hearts as accents.  I missed out on the original run of Gazeta, and it’s been discontinued for quite some time due to the apparent loss of the fabric source.  I

So I altered my Ewa Michalak CH Cherry, and here’s how it turned out

I figured this post was somewhat timely, with the coming out of the lovely Petite Collegiate’s review of her Cherry and the completely unacceptable customer service she experienced from Ewa Michalak. I mentioned in my previous review of this bra that I was unimpressed with the overall design and sizing.  It runs so large, seriously.  And for Ewa to claim it doesn’t is preposterous on her part.  Mine is not as oversized as Petite’s, but it is still noticeably larger than other bras in this cut and size.  The band was too stretchy, the straps far too wide set (don’t even

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak SM Summertime, 65FF

Happy Friday lovely readers!  Today I’m reviewing another SM style from Ewa Michalak.  It fits similarly to my SM Kusidelko, with a few notable differences.  Let’s jump right in with some pictures! Look at how pretty and summery it is!  The name is very fitting.  Worth noting:  I got this bra secondhand and the ivory bows that are usually on the straps are missing.  I love the floral embroidery and the colors used.  I was hoping it would function as a nude unlined bra, something my wardrobe is still conspicuously lacking, however the embroidery and pastel colors show through my

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak CH Cherry

CH Cherry is a brand new bra for Ewa Michalak and the first CH cut she has released in a long time.  This cut is slightly narrower and more projected than the CHP and while both work on me, I prefer the CH.  It’s a cut that’s in hot demand and for whatever reason, Ewa rarely/if ever makes them anymore.  Even by special request, she’s more apt to custom make a bra as a CHP than a CH.  While the differences are subtle in my size range, they’re enough to make me wish the CH style was in regular production. I’ve

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak SM Kusidelko, 65FF

Good morning!  The SM Kusidelko is a very sexy, unlined, nude and black illusion bra that I’ve had my eyes on for quite some time.  I was stalking a listing over at Bratabase for a couple of months, but couldn’t afford it and it finally sold from underneath my feet.  I was so sad.  Eventually I couldn’t help myself anymore and even though it’s a discontinued style, I asked Ewa if she could still make the bra for me in a 65FF.  They had enough fabric around and obliged, so I consider myself pretty lucky to have this baby. SM is

Bra Science: A direct comparison between Ewa Michalak CH(P) & Comexim 3 part half cups

Good morning loyal readers.  As promised, I’ve worked up a massive blog post in an attempt to compare two very similar bra styles by two different Polish manufacturers.  Firstly, let’s review how each company sizes their bras: Ewa Michalak uses the European sizing system for her band sizes, so the band numbers are done in centimeters and each size up is counted by 5.  60 = 28 band, 65 = 30 band, 70 = 32 band, etc.  She then uses the UK sizing system for her cup letters, and each cup size is scaled up by 1.”  UK cups follow the pattern

Bra Review: Ewa Michalak CHP Groszki I Róże, 65F

Today’s review is another EM half cup.  The vertical seam pattern looks just like Comexim’s half cups and these narrow, projected 3 part half cups continue to work well for my shape.  I was super excited for the chance to get my hands on this set, as it’s gorgeous and been discontinued for quite some time.  This is the most unique bra I own to date.  I love the mint color and black and pink lace/flower accent, and I love that I was able to get the matching undies in my size.  Finally I have a matching set!  I’m not
